Terms of Service

GBP Ninja is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses manage their Google Business Profile listings — including posts, reviews, media, products, services, Q&A, analytics, automation rules, and AI-assisted content generation. The Service interacts with Google APIs on your behalf only after you grant explicit OAuth permission.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.

When you sign in with Google we request scopes that allow us to read and modify your Google Business Profile data on your behalf (`business.manage`) and to read Search Console data (`webmasters.readonly`). You may revoke this access at any time from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation does not delete data already synced into GBP Ninja — see our Privacy Policy for retention details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Post fake reviews, automate reviews you don't own, or otherwise violate Google's Business Profile policies.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy proprietary parts of the Service.
• Connect Google accounts you don't legitimately control.
• Use AI features to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful.

GBP Ninja uses Google's Gemini models to generate reply suggestions, descriptions, and post drafts. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy and disclaim liability for any harm arising from your use of AI-generated content.

Paid plans, if any, are billed per the pricing displayed in the dashboard at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

All software, designs, and content provided by GBP Ninja remain our property. You retain all rights to your own business data and content you submit through the Service. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate Google's policies. Upon termination we will delete your data per the retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
